PSASP 7.4.1| PSASP is an XPS power system analysis software.
Power System Analysis Software Package (Power System Analysis Software Package) is referred to as PSASP. It is a long-standing, powerful and easy-to-use power system analysis program. It has China’s independent intellectual property rights. It is a large-scale software package that shares resources, is easy to use, highly integrated and open.
Power System Analysis Software Package (PSASP) is a software package developed by the Power System Technology Branch of China Electric Power Research Institute (formerly the Power Grid Digital Simulation Technology Research Institute) for power system analysis and calculation. Includes the following modules:
◆ PSASP graphics and model integration platform
◆ PSASP power flow calculation module (LF)
◆ PSASP transient stability calculation module (ST)
◆ PSASP short circuit calculation module (SC)
◆ PSASP optimal power flow and reactive power optimization calculation module (OPF)
◆ PSASP static security analysis module (SA)
◆ PSASP network loss analysis module (NL)
◆ PSASP static and dynamic equivalent calculation module (EQ)
◆ PSASP user-defined model and program interface module (UD/UPI)
◆ PSASP direct method stability calculation module (DST)
◆ PSASP small interference stability analysis module (SST)
◆ PSASP voltage stability analysis module (VST)
◆ PSASP relay protection setting calculation module (RPS)
◆PSASP linear/nonlinear parameter optimization module (LPO/NPO)
◆ PSASP harmonic analysis module (HMA)
◆PSASP distributed offline computing platform
◆ PSASP power grid risk assessment system
◆ PSASP transient stability limit automatic solution program
◆ PSASP load current anti-icing and melting auxiliary decision-making system
PSASP is powerful, easy to use, highly integrated and open. It is a large software package with my country’s independent intellectual property rights. Since its development and application in 1973, it has experienced many major leap-forward improvements and won the first prize of the first National Science and Technology Progress Award in 1985. PSASP is based on the design concept and overall architecture that is easy to apply, scalable, cross-platform, good compatibility, universal database, and flexible setting. It has won the reputation for its high reliability, powerful computing functions, friendly human-computer interface and open platform. Favored by many users. At present, PSASP has more than 600 users, covering all power grids, provinces, prefectures and counties across the country, power dispatching operations, power planning and design units, colleges and universities, scientific research institutions, large industrial enterprises, power distribution systems, railway systems, etc., with a market share of The rate is above 80%.
Relying on many years of power system calculation and analysis experience and technical advantages, PSASP has developed a distributed offline computing platform, a power grid risk assessment system, a load current anti-icing and melting auxiliary decision-making system, and a transient stability limit automatic system on the basis of many original functions. Solver programs, PSASP online applications and other products provide strong support for improving the simulation speed, analysis capabilities and intelligence level of my country’s power system.
Software function module
PSASP graphics and model integration platform
In order to facilitate user use and expand software functions, a graphics-model integration support platform was designed and developed in the Power System Analysis Synthesis Program (PSASP). The platform has a multi-document interface (MDI), which can easily create various data for power grid analysis and draw various required graphics (single-line diagrams, geographical location wiring diagrams, plant main wiring diagrams, etc.). This platform serves each computing module of PSASP, on which various analysis calculations can be performed and calculation results can be output.
