Download SeismoMatch v2025.1 Software for analyzing and matching spectra related to the intensity of earthquake movements
SeismoMatch software
SeismoMatch is a software for adjusting seismic accelerometers to match the target response spectrum using the small wavelet algorithm proposed by Abrahamson (1992) and Hancock et al (2006). The software is capable of simultaneously matching a number of accelerometers and then determining the matched average spectrum with the largest deviation from the default tolerance. It is possible to use this software with a record selection tool and record review algorithms to define a suitable record series for nonlinear dynamic analysis of existing or new structures. In addition, SeismoMatch has a module that allows the user to combine a number of matched accelerations to determine a combined average spectrum that meets the user’s needs with respect to the average and maximum error. Finally, by fully integrating this software with the Windows environment , the obtained graphical and numerical results can be copied into any Windows software such as Excel, Word, etc. It should also be noted that the ability to customize the drawing features within the program has also been considered.
Key features of SeismoMatch software :
-
- Simultaneously matching a number of accelerometers and determining the average spectrum
- Ability to read single accelerations, both as single values and as multiple values defined (two common formats used in severe shock databases) or read multiple accelerations at once (if only as single values defined for linear format)
- Calculate the target spectrum using Eurocode 8 rules using the spectrum calculation of a specific acceleration or using a simple loading of a user-defined spectrum
- Copying numerical and graphic results into Word, Excel, etc.
- Ability to customize the results of analysis within the program itself
SeismoMatch 2025
SeismoMatch is an application capable of adjusting earthquake records, through wavelet addition, to match a specific target response spectrum. Users have the opportunity to simultaneously match a number of accelerograms, and then obtain a mean matched spectrum whose maximum misfit respects a pre-defined tolerance. This software can be used in combination with record selection tools to define adequate suites of records for nonlinear dynamic analysis of structures.
