GeoSLAM Draw
GeoSLAM Draw is a module in the Hub software. It includes easy-to-use tools for quickly extracting floor plans and sections of point cloud data.

GeoSLAM Hub
GeoSLAM Hub enables automatic processing of data captured by all GeoSLAM devices .
- Registration – A number of tools are available for simple data registration, including aligning multiple scans and georeferencing the point cloud; GeoSLAM Hub automatically syncs contextual visuals with the 3D point cloud (requires ZEB Cam);
- Advanced processing – data collected in challenging or constrained environments can be processed using a set of advanced processing parameters. Some of the functionalities are reduction of scanning bias (in open environments), removal of distant points and prioritization of flat surfaces (in noisy environments) and many others;
- View – synchronized image and point cloud data can be easily viewed in both 2D and 3D. Coordinates, dimensions and areas can be quickly retrieved, and the more important elements can be noted using the Notes function;
- Export – data can be output in most standard formats, including LAS and E57. Data can also be saved with RGB color, hues or standard.

Old tools don’t fit in the new digital world
We live in a data-driven world. Our lives are full of data and we create more and more every day. The GeoSLAM team knew there had to be a way to digitize 3D laser scanning and create 3D data, but make it faster, easier and possible in places that would have been impossible to scan before. The old tools were already an inadequate solution.
In 2013, GeoSLAM in partnership with CSIRO launched the ZEB1, the first hand-held SLAM scanner for mobile 3D laser data collection, powered by an intelligent algorithm that continues to evolve and become smarter every time it is used.
