Howden Group Ventsim DESIGN Premium 5.4.2.0

Ventsim DESIGN includes all the features of Ventsim Visual™ Advanced as well as VentFIRE™ for fire simulation, VentLog™ ventilation monitoring software and LiveView™ for remote data connection and display of modules. Ventsim™ was originally introduced as Mining in 1994 to help visually design, improve and optimize underground ventilation systems.

This program was previously provided by Chasm Consulting, which was acquired by Howden Group after its acquisition.

Features and features of Ventsim DESIGN Premium software:

• Dynamic scheduling of heat and gas events: Heat, air change or gas can be dynamically introduced at pre-programmed intervals.
• Radon simulation: prediction of the worker’s exposure level based on the amount of radon emission from different areas and over time. Gas can remain in the mine space based on your ventilation design.
• VentLog™: software package for logging data analysis, outputting plots and overlays on Ventsim models
• LiveView™ Module: to connect to output data and display and simulate data
• VentFIRE™ Module: to use dynamic simulation to predict fire heat, gases and flow direction
• Chart airflow and costs through a wide range of different sizes and types of airways
• Display of upstream paths and concentration of polluted (or fresh) air flow
